How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your MyStor account data at any time.
- Email privacy@nailedlt.org from the email address connected to your MyStor account.
- Use the subject line MyStor data deletion request.
- Include your full name and the email address or phone number used in the app so we can identify the correct account.
If your app version includes an in-app account deletion option, you may also use it from the account or settings area.
Facebook Login users
If you signed in with Facebook, use the same deletion request process above. We will delete or anonymize the MyStor account data linked to your Facebook login, including the Facebook account identifier stored for login purposes.
What we delete
After verifying the request, we delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account where deletion is legally and technically possible. This may include profile details, contact details, login identifiers, device tokens, and uploaded account data.
Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, payment, safety, or dispute-resolution reasons. Retained records are kept only for the required period and are handled under our Privacy Policy.
Timing
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more information to verify the account or complete the request, we will contact you using the email address provided.
